I built a period tracker app for personal use 👉 ease-besties.vercel.app
I had been a user for Flo app for years. It was useful but something that bugged me so much is the ads. It took me a lot of time to be able to log my days. And the app ui and colors are so sore to the eye.
Since i work with claude a lot lately, I have an idea … why don't I just build it myself? Something simple, no ads, no complicated stuffs. It is not a type of apps you will visit much you know.
And the name 'Ease' popped up. I like it because we usually say 'ease the pain' or 'ease of mind'. Perfect name for an app like this.
I've been using it for 3 months and I kinda like it.
The downside is that it doesn't collect data, users don't have to log in. They can just go to the web > add to Home Screen > done. So when users change a device, they will lose the previous tracking. – not sure how much important this is, but i will think about it.
